The glucoside after hydrolyzed can become sugar and non sugar. the non sugar part is called Agly-conegenin, after research, people discovered 8 different sweet ingredients from Stevia Leaf P.E.:  stevioaide, renaudiside A,B,C,D,E; dulcoside A,B, the eight ingredients is    the glycoside made from same diterpenoids aglucone, which belonged to tetracycline diterpenoids component, they link a glucose at the C-4’s a- carboxy, and a disaccharide and trisaccharide at C-13,which in it link a stevioside at C-13 and on the C-13 sophorose link a glucose molecular Rebaudioside A, abbreviation: RebA.

Now it is confirmed that there are 6 ingredients in stevia leaf, they are stevioside, rebaudioside A,B,C,E; dulcoside A. they are belonged to glycocide component ,have the same aglucone-----Steviol. the difference between them is the different kinds and different  structure of combinative sugar at the glycoside.
